Learn your particular stressors and the root causes for the following:
● Your chronic emotional and mental stress and how to reverse those stressors.
● Your food triggers and how they are affecting your gut health.
● Gut imbalances - what damage to your gut lining has been from food triggers, stress and certain mediciens.
● What are your toxic overloads and any infections that may be activating your immune system chronically.
We will develop a plan to start to heal your gut; removing the obstacles to your body's innate healing responses and adding important healing elements your body needs.
You will be provided for meals plans each week that will have the recipes, prep and shopping lists, taking the guess work out of what you need to be doing.
